Remember to Include Social Networking Links on Your Web Site
If you are using Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn in your marketing efforts, make sure they are prominently added to your web site. A simple icon for each site, with a link to your account, will suffice.
Often, companies will start using these marketing tools and overlook updating their website with links to these accounts.
A potential customer might want to connect with you and will go to your web site to find the link to your account – make sure it’s easy for them to do so.
Tip: "Add This"
Sharing increases traffic to your web site - and if you’d like to encourage visitors to share your site on Facebook or Twitter, or to bookmark it in sites like StumbleUpon or
Delicious - try using “Add This”.
Inserting this simple piece of code into your site allows visitors to share pages on your site with one click. You can see “Add This” in action on the site we developed for NJ Hiking.
