Did you know that Google Analytics allows you to collect detailed stats about the traffic to your web site – for no charge?
The insights Google Analytics can provide are invaluable in marketing your site and tracking the effectiveness of your promotions.
Analytics collects stats such as:
- City and state visitor is from
- How visitors found your site (direct, Yahoo, Google, Twitter…)
- Keyword they searched for (i.e. “solar installation new jersey”)
- Which pages they viewed, and time spent on each page
- If they are a new or returning visitor
